Rustic Lodging in West Yellowstone
We encourage all guests to review our property policies before making a reservation. Familiarity with these guidelines helps ensure a smooth booking process and a comfortable, stress-free experience during your visit to West Yellowstone, Montana.
Unit 406 is ADA accessible. There are steps into the building, but a portable accessible ramp is available upon request. Please call of text 406-539-9742 at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date if ramp is needed. The master bath in this unit has a transfer shower with ADA seat, faucets and grab bars.
Check In/Check Out
Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time 10:00am. Sorry, no late check-outs permitted.
Pets
NO PETS, including emotional support animals. Service animals are permitted. Under Federal law, a service animal is a dog that is trained to perform specific tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs, pets and other animals whose sole function is to provide comfort, companionship or emotional support do not qualify as service animals. Under Montana law, it is illegal to fraudulently misrepresent your pet as a service animal.
Smoking
NO SMOKING - This includes cigarettes, E-cigarettes, vaping and marijuana. Up to a $500 cleaning fee will be added for smoking inside this unit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 14-day cancellation notice prior to arrival date for full refund, LESS a $25 cancellation fee.
NO REFUNDS for early departures.
